Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain and pressure in the ear which could be due to sinusitis, ear wax accumulation, ear infection and certain other systemic pathology. You should take plenty of liquids. You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for surgical reconstruction of opening for relieve of pressure. You should go for para nasal sinus X ray. Do warm saline gargles. Maintain proper oral hygiene. You should put Fluticasone ear drops on regular basis. Avoid pricking ear with any sharp objects.
