Im 22 years old male, I have pain and stiffness in both wrists. I used to be bodybuilder and when i experienced pain in my wrists i left the gym there after.
I have also checked for the possibility of arthritis but reports are negative. Somebody told me that my ligaments might be damaged but after a year of rest wont they be healed? I have applied ice sometimes but that did not help.
What could be the possible reason for pain and stiffness?
