Hi,
If you are already on ARV (antiretroviral therapy) then we need think of bacterial or fungal infection.
If it's itchy then it can be a fungal infection - local application of antifungal will help you (clotrimazole).
If not it can be bacterial - where you need antibiotic need to see a doctor in person to select antibiotics.
