Hello my name is Salvador. Two days ago I slipped and fell on the ice. I landed on my right knee that I recently hit playing basketball and football. At first it did not hurt, but the next morning I had a horrible pain when I moved it even slightly. It is swollen and I have a little cut in the center of it that sometimes releases a little puss.. Do you have any advise I could use to heal it?
