hai, i have a scrotum pain passed one year so i have done varicocele surgery in my leftside ,four months before ,after surgery my prob not solve again i have a scrotum swelling pain more.... i concern my doctor he sugessted banocid forte tab but it not use last time he refered dolo 650 tab he said when ever u have pain u take this tab. so plz tel me the correct solution plz help me

Hi.
Noted your history of left varicocele surgery 4 months ago but it looks to be a failed one as your still have swelling and pain.
This means that most probably only the offending vein draining into the left renal must have been clipped. In such a case the mass of varicocele remains.
The solution is:
Get a color doppler and ultrasonography done to see the status of varicocele.
If it is present go for revision surgery, now it should be varicocelectomy meaning the mas of the dilated veins should be excised completely.
