hi.. last weekend i went for a trek to raighad.
From that day i have pain in my right testicle. I see a ilttle bulge in my right testicle. Every night wen i sleep and wakeup in the morning the pain is gone.. and as the day progresses in the evenings it starts.. A slight bump while travelling in an autoriksha also hurts.

Noted your trek to Raigad and getting pain in the right testicle with a bulge . There is no pain on getting up but comes by evening, even a slight bump in auto can cause pain.
This loos to be due to varicocele as the progression is by evening, full of day's activity.
Get a color doppler examination and ultrasonography to get a confirmed diagnosis and have a proper plan of treatment under the care of an Urologist.
Get you Semen analysis done as a safeguard to know in advance whether this is normal or not.
