Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Many reasons for testicular pain like hydrocele or epididymitis or orchitis or hernia or varicocele, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Better to take treatment then go to ride. Please wear loose inner wear. Avoid tight clothes. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
