Don't worry this tablet is sufficient for one week. Along with that use salt water gargling thrice a day. Drink hot water to receive symptoms.
Use tablet levocetrizine in case of cold or ear block. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
