Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Pain due to wrist sprain usually heals within 3 to 4 weeks if treated with support and painkillers. But since your pain is not relieved in one month time you should go for radiograph of wrist anteroposterior and lateral views to rule out fracture. Also since swelling has not reduced possibility of fracture cannot be ruled out without radiograph.
