Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tenderness In My Throat

hello, i am a 42 yr old male, 240lbs, 9% body fat (bodybuilder, i, not obese)..the last 3 days i have this painful tenderness to the left of my adams apple. if i turn my head left, it presses on it. if i place my hand on the adams apple and slightly push left, it is right against this pain.

Hello

Pain in the region of the adams apple suggests either a small trauma or a muscle pull and will generally subside on its own . Just avoid sudden neck movements and apply hot water bottle to the region 2-3 times a day. If you develop pain in swallowing , fever , change in voice , then meet your ent doctor for examination and advice.
