Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tenderness In The Elbow
Pain and tenderness is left elbow, and down that tendon. Pain and tenderness in right ankle on either side of tendon. Pain and tenderness on the front of left ankle, with an under the skin bump that moves. Pain and stiffness (hard to move, and affects my balance) in my back. Lower back and running along top of hips is the worst. Very painful, yet feels good at the same time to push on the dimples on either side of , and just above and below tailbone. I m 54 year old female.

I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion you seem to be having a condition called enthesopathy which is seen in inflammatory arthritis such as Rheumatiod. I would recommend you to get yourself investigated with X Rays and blood investigations under the guidance of a Rheumatologist and then proceed further Hope this answers your question.
