Welcome to health care magic.

1.The most possible cause according to the symptoms and history suggest cardiac cause but rarely seen in your age group.
2.The next possible cause will be muscle - skeletal pain which can be treated with basic exercises and proper positional care.
3.The diagnostic criteria include - a chest PA view will give a over view of the chest and pathologies.
4.An ECG for cardiac assessment - it will give over view of the cardia and its pathologies. And BP checkup is necessary.
5.Sugget to get an appointment and investigated and treated accordingly.

Good luck.
