Suggest Treatment For Pain Around The Penis And Urinary Incontinence

my doctor prescribed urispas ,i also take dynapres.4 daily incontinence,burning etc.but stinging pain persists when urinating.sometimes i feel ppain around penis.ials take utiof. this problem is acute in summer.i am 65 yrs old. do i have to take any antibiotic ?
