I have slight pain at the tip of my penis more like a tender feeling(the hole, when it rubs again my underwear). I also have been peeing a lot. I have concern that it could be an std. I recently had unprotected oral a few days ago but the pain started a few hours after. Today (three days) the pain has nearly gone away but I still am urinating a lot. Is there anything I can do, maybe a antibiotics over the counter.
Definitely, it can be UTI. You should see your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment accordingly. Your doctor may advise you for an urine examination including culture of the urine to find the cause and treatment accordingly. I do not advise you to take any course of antibiotic without prescription by your doctor. Otherwise also, if your doctor advises you for a urine culture and you already had a course of antibiotic, that may mask the infection or affect the report, making it a bit more difficult for proper treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
