Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Looks like your spinal muscle are week. I suggest you to take mri if symptoms are too much painful. And do visit a physical therapist because you need to do a very good spinal strengthening program. And you can also try correcting your work posture based on what you do. Do not bend forward to much by bending your spine, as well do not lift heavy weight for time being. As well keep stretching your shoulder back and up when ever possible frequently. Also use some pain relieving ointment post hot pack use and can do this for many times a day minimum 4 times. Hope this will solve your issue. If you need to get in touch with me then contact me on nirajmodish@gmail.com wish you all the best and take care
