I understand you concern and would like to explain to you that, if diagnosis of acute pericarditis is properly confirmed, that treatment with solpadeine I am afraid isn t enough. I would recommend you to switch to any NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen 3 times/day, or naproxen, etc. You need to discuss with your attending physician on that issue, to define the optimal modalities of doses and day drug regimen (facing your specific data as weight, any commorbidity, etc).
