Suggest Treatment For Pain In Back,hips And Diarrhea
I have pain in my back and both hips. After I sit a while and try to get up, my hips hurt so bad I have trouble walking. Also, I had a colonoscopy 3 yrs ago and doctor said there was something there, he didn t know what, probably diverticulitis. I had my gall bladder out. I have frequent diarrhea, green poop, and reflux if I eat too much. My blood pressure zooms sometimes for no apparent reason. It was 171/121 the other day and is usually 136/86. I feel hot a lot when everyone else is cool. I am 69, weigh 196 and 5 3 . I stay tires, even when I wake in the morning, I do not feel good.

The diarrhea with weakness here may be due to hyperthyroidism like case.So rule out hyperthyroid by thyroid profile.
Avoid stress , as it might shoot blood pressure.
Rule out kidney conditions by renal function test.as kidney disease might lead secondary hypertension.
For hip problem it might be arthritis or osteoporotic changes.X ray done for it.Vitamin D or calcium may needed.
Whenever you it excess you suffer diarrhea becoz of indigestion and removed gall bladder.Fatty food should be taken minimum by you.
Control blood pressure by low salt diet, regular exercise, yoga , less fatty food etc.
Sometimes as while consulting doctor because of stress white coat hypertension might present.
