I have a very strange chest condition that starts as a pain that appears to be in the chest muscles or sternum. It lasts a couple days and then seems to drop into the center of my chest and feels like it is in the trachea or esophagus. It then goes away and returns a few days later, starting again in the sternum area. This has been repeating for 2 months. The condition does not get better, but also does not appear to be getting any worse. EKG and lung x-ray show good results. What do you think?
