hi I went to the lake today and jumped off the boat into the water when I went under I felt this burning sensation from my chest to my ear and instantly made my throat ear and head on left side hurt while the burning is gone my ear and head and throat still hurt what do i do

Water entry into ear will cause Asimov so ear pain thus can be cured by antibiotic,antihistamine,decongestant
