Suggest Treatment For Pain In Forearm After Weight Lifting

I am 49, very healthy, work out on regular basis with light weights and heavy cardio. I woke up one morning with pain on my right forearm that felt like a pulled muscle. Then I started getting pain in both arms, starting from just above the elbow, working downward. My left arm seems to be the worst, and now I have noticed that I can see blue veins right around the elbow/forearm area. It hurts to lift anything and the pain is spreading downward to my wrists and hands.

One day I will be fine, and other days I will wake up and have bad pain in both arms with the blue veins showing.

I have even stopped doing push-ups and lifting weights, thinking that may have been the cause; however, after 5 - 6 days the pain is the same or worse. What could br causing this?
