Suggest Treatment For Pain In Front Of The Shin While Walking

I slipped, fell and hit my shin on a wooden stair 3 days ago. Now I m in excruciating pain only when I try to walk, but there s not a great deal of swelling. The pain is sharp and runs along the front of my shin and when I do try to walk on it the pain kinda forces me to turn my foot inwards (pronate?).

Hello,

Since you have injured the shin region, there will be a pain due to the injury. As the leg muscles in the front compartment are very less and more of the fascia. So the injury happening there will take some time to go off. It might take days to weeks. But you will be fine with hot water fermentation and just ankle toe movements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
