If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. I can't get what do you mean by crystal - if you are talking related to fungal growth - it can be due to papillomavirus.
Do a panel of sexually transmitted infection tests if you had unprotected sex. Share a picture for confirmation.
