Suggest Treatment For Pain In Glute And Hamstring While Doing Pelvic Thrusts

hi my name is ian. for the last couple weeks i have had a sharp pain in my glute/hamstring area it is not constant and i dont think it is hamstring related as i do regular hamstring stretches and it has not been tight when i stretch normally it only hurts about a 3 out of ten but his morning i was doing pelvic thrusts and it was 100xs worse i immediately felt sick and nauscious and like i was going to pass out it hurt so bad. thank you for your time

Hello Ian,
I understand your concern.
As far as the earlier and current pain concerns, this can be related and unrelated.
I think you should undergo some radiological as well as some blood tests.
See, if you were overdoing the exercise, it can be dangerous and a condition called Rhabdomyolysis could occur. Otherwise, it can be as small as a ligament tear, soft tissue injury.
I suggest you to visit the nearby Emergency to get more immediate help.
