Suggest Treatment For Pain In Groin Area And Painful Right Hip Sciatic Nerve

I have pain in my left and right groin when I do lunges but otherwise I m fine. I noticed this pass week my right hip sciatic nerve is starting to bother me. Is there any connection between both. However my groin as been bothering me for quite some time now. I exercise about 5 times a week. Can you give me any advice of what I should do? Thank you
