Suggest Treatment For Pain In Gums

An area of my gums on the left part of my mouth on the inside has been hurting the past few days and I ve tried looking but I can t see that area at all but it feels like there s an open cut, like a wound and if I move my mouth around or touch my tongue to it even just a little it hurts kinda bad...what could that be?

Gum wound can be cured by itself with in a week.try to do salt water gargle or chloro hexidine mouth wash 3 times a day.
