Suggest Treatment For Pain In Heels And Legs

Hello sir I m zain 31 year and I m waiter. I got feet problem really bad pain in heels ,when I awake up morning I can t walk even if I sit bit long and then I can t walk ,during work time within 2 hour my lower legs start hurting and I feel tiedness. I did excersices and I had ibruofen is well but it s still ( planter faciatiis) PlZ can u explain wat I have to do Many thanks

Dear patient it seems you are having plantar fascitis on both sides. Plantar fascitis is a degenerative condition in which Ther is inflammation in heel bone where weight is taken.
Please start using soft heel cushions which are available in market. They can be also fitted into your shoes. Do some stretching of both feet in morning before getting out of the bed. Even if you are not relieved by this two measure you will require local infiltration of injection depomedrol which helps to reduce your inflammation and pain. All the best..
