Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hip After Lifting Heavy Object
Lifted very heavy horse cart to change tire this evening. Felt slight pop and shooting pain over left back hip area not directly over spine. Sharp twinges with movement, and most painful bending and twisting. Feel bruise sensation under left buttock. Back hip very painful when sitting with feet up and strangely feel pain radiating into lower left abdomen. Sound like sciatic nerve pinched?
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you are having muscular pain in your left hip region. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. Icing will be soothing. Second but much less possibility is acute disc prolapse. Its treatment is also rest and analgesic but takes longer time to recover. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you a good health. Take care.
