Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hips And Right Leg

im 41 years old and I was in a bad car accident 22 years ago and the doctors said my pelvic bone was cracked in three places, well 2 years ago a bone doctor told me my lower spine has a small twist to it and my tail bone is really crooked, recently ive been having a lot of pain in my hips and weakness in my right leg and soreness near my groin. my question is could I have nerve damage or what is your opinion given what ive explained?

After going through your query I concluded that you are having osteoarthritis of both hip and probably lumbar spondylitis. This may be related to your old fracture of pelvis and process of aging. Treatment of it is Diacerine and glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be used for pain relief. Mecobalamin will be of help for numbness and weakness. You can discuss your doctor about it.
