Suggest Treatment For Pain In Knee After Bending It While Playing

1 year ago or so i had a grade 2 damage on my MCL, went to physio and it was all better. Even the specialist said it was in great shape. But 5 days ago i was playing handball and rolled my ankle which caused my knee to bend and ill i remember is poping sounds. I could walk but was in a lot of pain and it swelled up really bad. the next day i could walk on it with very little pain but a really bade bruised formed on the inside of my high. Some times i get some pain in my knee that sorta feels like a bone. please i need help
