Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Heel While Walking
I get slight pain in the left heel of my left leg while I go for my morning walk since a year. x ray is OK. The Doctor attributed this to ACHILLES TENDINITIS and advised to do Stretch exercises, use walking shoes with about 1-1/2 inches high and use ETOVA 400 if necessary when pain is more. No problem in the right heel and no problem of pain in the left heel when at home. Your advice please Hiranya 301 977 2689
Dear, The pain in your heal could be attributed to plantar fasciatis. The characteristics feature of which is pain on keeping the first step in the morning. This is very recalcitrant condition and is a lifestyle problem. Ultrasono for mentation. Foot intrinsic strengthening exercises along with TA stretching exercises will help. Take care on walking. If no relief a shot of steroid is given in the heal and in very rare cases surgery is done. Hope this answers your query.
