Hi.. I am 30 years old and sometimes a I feel slight pain in my left testicle, pain is only there for some time and most the time its normal. When testicles are in warm( relaxed postion) there is a slight lump or swelling on the left side..i am unable to determine exactly if its lump or swelling.. however in cool off period there is no lump or swelling visible.. There are no problems while uriniating .. Please advise how should I go about this problem ..
Hi. You have pain in the left testicle felt sometimes only and there is slight lump or swelling only if testicles are in warm or relaxed position. This is indicative of Varicocele. Get ultrasonography and color doppler examination, tests of semen for counts and urine done to get a proper diagnosis and get treated under care of an Urologist.
