Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg Due To Dog Bite

Hi, My son says he got a minor bite from a dog over a month ago at ankle. He did not reveal this till recently when he developed pain in the leg he was bitten. The pain was initially upto the knee and subsequently upto the hip. Are these symptoms of rabies?

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Even a minor scratch from dog bite needs immediate wound care and Rabipur 5 shots on day 0,3,7,14,and 30 days.
It is difficult to say whether these are symptoms of Rabies or not.
Immediately take him to hospital and start the shots.
