Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Abdomen

I have been having pain in my lower abdomen. It started yesterday morning and steadily got worse throughout the day. I got to a point it was hard to walk. I got home and the pains got worse and moved to my mid to upper right side. I was having trouble trying to breath in. Almost sharp stabbing feeling. Could not lay down to sleep and had to somewhat lay semi upright. Could not turn or bend side to side. This morning still had some pain on and off. Had slight fever and diarrhea. Since then been feeling a little better but still have some discomfort and my abdomen is very tender to touch right under my belly button. Been feeling a little bumpy. Do I need to go to a walk in or ER at this point or ride it out.
