Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having disc prolapse. Treatment of it is rest in lateral position and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. It can be confirmed by MRI scan. Second possibility is muscular pain. Its treatment is again rest and analgesic but it is easy to treat then disc prolapse. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
