Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back That Radiates To Legs

I hurt my right lower back at work in July lifting a resident. I have been having constant pain in my right lower back down into my right hip . i also am experiencing tingling down my right leg and into my toes. About two months ago i noticed a small dent in my lower back right where my pain is what do you think this means?

Possible you have pivd.pivd means prolapse intervertebral disc at your lumbosacral region.to get relief you have to take complete bed rest for 4 to 5days only, some medication and some precautions.complete bed rest means 23 hrs in 24 hrs.you should be all time in bed except for shower and toilets uses.bed rest also in specific position with your knee should be flexed.in medications some muscle relaxant and some neuro vitamins and in precautions restrict forward bending and weight lifting.by all these remedies you will get relief surely.if you will find that symptoms not improve properly then you should go for xray and mri
