Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back, hip And Leg

I have had increased pain in my lower spine, left hip and left leg. There have been times when my left leg would not support my body. Recently I have had bowel charge without any warning (no urge to go or gas or cramps) My left leg has also began to drag. New, when I reach to the head of the bed to pull my pillow down under my head, I have intense pain in this same area and across my abdomen. I have had injections twice by a Sports medicine Dr....to no avail
