Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Right Abdominal Area

For about 4 weeks I have been having odd pains in my lower right abdominal area. Getting worse as time goes on. It feels warm almost like a warm feeling in my lower right abdominal area and above my groin to the right. Sometimes there are pains and my skin is really sensitive in the area of the discomfort. I have a date to see my doctor on Monday. Tonight I am having a really difficult time getting to sleep I move certain ways and I feel like something is inflammed inside me. I am thinking about going to the ER at 2 in the morning. Should I wait till Monday or go now? I actually thought I heard a voice right as I was about to fall asleep and I got scared and woke myself up and worked myself into pretty much panic mode. I am a 25 year old male.

1.There is nothing exactly i could suspect by your symptoms - so in this case if you are my patient i would have start with.
2.An ultrasound abdomen , a chest X-ray PA/LAT to come to a conclusion.
3.I feel like your are paranoid with your symptoms - so sorry for that.
4.Recommend to be with some friend / family member during this time.
5.If symptoms exaggerate you may have to visit ER.
