Suggest Treatment For Pain In Middle Of Stomach Below Ribcage

Hi I am a very active 13 year old girl and was recently riding my bike and while doing so I fell off. When I fell off the handlebar jabbed in to the middle of my stomach right below my rib cage on the left. It is now bruising and hurts very badly when I press on it. What can I do to help?

i.
If you do not have any other symptoms like bloating of abdomen, pain, vomiting , black stools or red urine , you can take this as a Bruise of the muscles.
If you have symptoms , get investigated by blood, urine and stool tests and CT scan of the abdomen to confirm or rule out internal problems. If normal take anti-inflammatory medicines for 7 to 10 days and take full bed rest.
IF ther eis hrenia development to to this typical trauma, get operated .
