Suggest Treatment For Pain In Neck And Hand

Doctor, I am 60 years oldlady. Often I get pain in my neck and my left hand from neck to fingers I feel heavyness & feel very stiffness . Some time if I take dollop -650 I feel better. Though it is a paracetamal I am getting afraid of taking often.so pls.clear me any side effects I will iwill get in future? Awaiting for your reply. Thank you, Shivani.

Taking dolo 650 will reduce pain for some time.I advise you to take treatment which will cure pain & stiffness from its root.
-you can take tablet triphala guggulu 1 tab thrice a day..its a pain killer & ayurvedic medicine with no side effects.
- panchakarma therapy is necessary for you.so consult to any near by panchakarma center.
