Suggest Treatment For Pain In Rectum

Yes for 4 weeks I have had pain in my bowels.stareted with dirrhare went to doctor was given antibiotics seemed like it was getting better.by the next weel it started again then was giving different antibiotics.I no longer have dirrhear but a lot of pain in my rectum

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in abdomen for 4 weeks which started as diarrhea, given different antibiotics but the problems recurred.
Now there is pain in the rectum.
- The most probable cause in long standing abdominal problem is inability to have a proper diagnosis.
It seems that you have not been subjected to investigations.
- I would advise you the following:
First of all send sample of stool for 3 consecutive days.
Get blood and urine investigations.
Colonoscopy and biopsy is a must as you still have pain in the rectum.
CT scan of the abdomen.
All these will give a probable diagnosis and hence the further treatment.
