Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am wondering why I may be having pain in my right arm at the bend. I am 32 year old female and do not recall injuring it at all. This pain has been going on for about two weeks now and is not getting any better. My arm is stiff when i wake up and hurts to bend it.
Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you are probably having medial epicondylitis or lateral epicondylitis of your right elbow. It is overuse injury. Treatment of it is rest. Analgesic are taken for relief of pain. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovery. I sometimes apply injection triamcilone locally at attachment of tendon to bone to my such patients. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
