My wife went to bed and woke up with her right hand in pain. Later after a heating pad provide a degree of relief; she experience swelling in the thumb area. Day 2; she is in tremendous pain and little movement of her fingers is possible. What can we do prior to going to the emergency room and having to pay $3,000?
