Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Wrist

My right wrist been hurting for a while. It hurts so bad when i put pressure on it or when I grip something. When I bend my hand down you can see a bone poking. It hurts also when I push down on the bone that is poking. I went to the doctor last week and they said i sprain it but I don t think I did, I think I did something else to it. What do you think I did?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having nonspecific synovitis of wrist joint. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can further investigate by MRI of wrist. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us.
