Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder Blade And Upper Back
I have had pain in my left shoulder blade upper back for about 3 years now and don t know why I went to the doctor and they took an MRI and said it might be partial scoliosis The pain comes out of nowhere and is like a stabbing knife When I move my shoulder blade back it makes a grating noise
Hello, I have studied your case and I think that your scoliosis can be an incidental finding. I think you may be having weak back muscles. This condition is called as shoulder dyskinesia. I would suggest you to show it to a physiotherapist and start back muscle strengthening exercises. I would also suggest you to start Tablet Etova MR twice daily. Along with Volitran ointment and hot water fomentation. Avoid weight lifting, continuous sitting in same position and forward bending. let me know if you want to ask any other questions. thanks
