Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder Muscles Due To Parkinson S Disease

yes please, Ive had severe tremors in my left hand, arm & shoulder due to Parkinsons (I ve been diaganosed 7 yrs ago). It s caused the muscles in left arm all the way up to my shoulder to be extremely painful for about 3 wks. Is that normal? I had a massage today - today & it s still very sore. I ve gotten along quite well until past 3 wks. My walking is ok, etc. But, whatever I do w/ my right hand - arm affects the left one, I m on 50/110 Synament 3 x daily
