Suggest Treatment For Pain In Sternal Area Connecting To Ribs
I broke my collar bone 3 months ago. At the ER I was told it was broken, keep it in a sling and it'll take two months to heal. I had to ask the Dr. while i was leaving for the sling so i could put it on myself. You can look at it and without a doubt know its broken. Im about to be 30 and live a pretty active life but i do smoke.
The healing process has been a nightmare. My entire shoulder is constantly changing how and where it hurts. Now I have this debilitating sharp pain mainly on the right side of my sturnum where it connects to what feels like 2 ribs that hurt all the way around to my back. I can not take a deepbreath at all. Im terrified that i might cough or sneaze. its been like this for a good 2 weeks. I do not have health ins. but i do pay my bill. I need advise as in what to do
