Suggest Treatment For Pain In Stomach During Pregnancy

Hi I have am 11 weeks pregnant .. Im always in so much pain at the top of my stomach and it hurts so bad.. I cannot even touch my stomach it hurts. I cant keep anything down.. I cant keep food or anything that i drink down.. I dont even have any strength to clean the house nothing.. I cant even stand up in the shower without feeling dizzy... This is my first pregnancy.. And I am RH Negative. Someone please help...

As you said you are 11weeks pregnant this type of stomach ache is indicating gastritis.so you should take some antacid .if you feel dizzy you should get your haemoglobin checked .rh negative pregnancy has no significant role in your complaints.
