Had gastro vomiting bug in family daughter has had the vomiting bug for 4 days now not vomiting now but had pains in tummy for 2 days now has aching legs and fevers I have been giving nurofen round the clock and yesterday tried buscopan she also has a chesty cough

It is important to find out what is giving you the vomit, in order to help you feel better. Sometimes, after a viral infection, the stomach stays sensitive for few days until goes back to normal.
Drink a lot of fluid and bland diet for one week to see if improves.
