Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Varicocele Right Testes with testicular pain from testicular venus engorgement.this pain is from Testicular increased weight,stretching testicular tissue leading to pain in testes. Remedy- Micro-Vascular Varicocelectomy would resolve this issue caused from incompetent vein valves at the draining vein sites for Testicular veins on right side.
