Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
The pain may be due to inflammation in or around the testis. You need to do :
1.See an Urologist and get it examined.
2 Get blood routine, RBS, creatinine and LFT done.
3. ultrasound scan of scrotum with doppler.
According to reports, the Urologist will be able to get an idea of the cause, and give you proper advice. You may send the reports to me, as a direct question, for an expert opinion.
